Jillian Lemke

Jillian Lemke, M.A., T.L.L.P., received her Master’s Degree from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology. She has experience working with couples and marriage counseling, as well as, women dealing with depression, anxiety, relational trauma and abuse, adolescents, and geriatric populations. She also has experience with psychological testing, evaluations, and neurofeedback.

Jillian has completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and utilizes the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work. This therapy is based on 40 years of research with more than 3,000 couples. It is designed to help couples manage conflict with kindness, deepen friendship and intimacy, and share their life purpose and dreams; all of which lead to a healthier and happier future. By incorporating the humanistic theory within the Gottman method, Jillian strives to lead the couples and their marriage into a space of actualization and fulfillment.

Jillian utilizes a Humanistic based therapy style which incorporates client-centered and solution-focused interventions. She prefers to collaborate with each client to lead the therapy towards self-fulfillment and actualization. Her experience and education has provided her the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients who have struggled with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and memory concerns.

Jillian believes reaching out to a therapist can be an emotional journey. However, she is passionate about creating a safe and respectful space that allows for clients to explore themselves and their potential.
