John Sternfels

John Sternfels, LPC, NCC, CSAT, CCSAS, CMAT, CCPS, MITS, EMDR Trained, owner and clinical director, received his Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. John has many years of combined experience working with Adolescents, Teenagers, Men, Women, Couples, Partners, Partners of Sex Addicts, Families and Groups.

Patrick Eilers

Patrick Eilers, M.A., LLPC, earned his master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary – Michigan. He has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Patrick specializes in helping clients navigate the complexities of relationships while developing a foundation of acceptance, trust and communication. 

Akanksha Khetarpal

Akanksha Khetarpal, MA., LLPC, received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health counseling from South University and is currently working on her EMDR and Multi-dimensional Partner Trauma (CCPS) certification. She has experience working with individuals and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and abuse. 

Megan Spees

Megan Spees, MA, LLP, CAADC, CCTSI is a Limited License Psychologist who received her master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology. Megan is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTSI). 

Hi, I’m Leah Lykins, NorthPoint’s administrator and client relations specialist. I am your personal client coordinator to help schedule any of your appointment needs. Whether it’s your first time or simply needing to reschedule an appointment, I will ensure your request is facilitated quickly and easily. If you would like to use your insurance coverage for any possible reimbursement, please contact me and I will provide you a monthly or yearly Superbill (universal insurance reimbursement receipt for professional mental health services).
