Meet John Sternfels

John Sternfels

John Sternfels, M.A., L.L.P.C., CSA T (3), received his Master's Degree in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. John has many years of combined experience working with Children, Men, Women, Couples (partnerships), Families and Groups.

John is a Certified Sexual Addition Therapist (CSAT 3) candidate who specializes in sexual addictions. “One of the most serious problems with sexual addiction is the way it affects our relationships. Truth is, many forms of sexual addiction have one thing in common, the behavior is done in secret, and the sex addict becomes skilled in hiding this secret life from those closest to him/her.”

John's continued educational trainings include pre-marital and marital Prepare and Enrich® workshop certification, Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT 3) candidate and Theophostics (Inner Healing Prayer).

John is a member of The Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health (SASH), International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP), AACC, and the International Association for Theophostic Ministry (ITAM).

He believes that client empowerment combined with a safe and supportive therapeutic environment promotes positive change and personal growth.

Kathy Tosoian

Kathy Tosoian, M.A., L.L.P.C., N.C.C, received her Master's Degree in Counseling from Oakland University. She has many years of combined experience working with Children, Teenagers, and Adults in classroom settings, groups, and individual counseling. Kathy is resourceful in meeting the needs of her clients as she supports their growth and self-empowerment through her compassionate, therapeutic, and non-judgmental approach to counseling.

Meet Christina Dedvukaj

Christina Dedvukaj, M.A., L.L.P.C., N.C.C., received her counseling degree from Oakland University. She is also a certified School Guidance Counselor. Christina's experiences include working with Individuals, Couples, Groups and Families.

Meet Ashita Ghelani

Ashita Ghelani, LMSW, M.A., L.L.P., received her Master's Degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology at Eastern Michigan University following a Master's in Social Work from India. She has been practicing cognitive behavioral therapy with Children and their Families, Adults and Geriatrics.

Ashita's multilingual background i.e. fluent in three languages English, Hindi, Gujarati broadens her ability to work with a diverse clientele.

One of her clinical expertise is working in team approach with patient’s different provider’s i.e. school counselor/school special education teacher, speech therapist, occupational therapist, psychiatrists, primary care physician to better assist in patient’s care. Her objective is to continue providing valuable support and encouragement to individuals, helping them fulfill their goals.

Meet Kristina Kased

Kristina Kased, M.A., L.L.P.C., received her counseling degree from Oakland University and specializes in Child, Adolescents, Young adult, and Adult counseling. Kristina has experience with youth in transition, and provides support through psycho educational groups, individual and group counseling, career exploration, and personal growth. Although her specialty involves youth counseling, she has also worked with clients' personal concerns, such as relationship difficulties, academic skills development, substance abuse, and divorce. She encourages clients to work at a pace that is comfortable for them, and to be as open as they can be.

Joelle Levine M.A., LPC. Joelle received her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from St. Louis University. Joelle has many years of clinical experience working with Individuals, Couples, and Families in the mental health field. Meet Shannon Leveille

Shannon Leveille, M.A., L.P.C., earned her BA in Psychology from the University of West Florida and her M.A. in counseling from Eastern Michigan University. Shannon has been working in the field of counseling with Children, Women and Men for many years.

Along with other areas of counseling services offered, Shannon provides counseling to family members who have a member of their family diagnosed with Autism. This developmental delay can take an emotional, economic and physical strain on all family members. Most families put all of their energy and resources into the person with the diagnosis and don’t tend to their own emotional needs. Shannon is knowledgeable about Applied Behavior Analysis and the educational needs of children on the spectrum.

She is experienced in outpatient, school and home based services.
